To provide a barrier free environment, all branches of the Fort Erie Public Library are equipped with the following:

  • Accessible shelving isle widths
  • Wheelchair accessible internet workstations
  • Strobe light fire alarms
  • Accessible washrooms

Collections & Services

There are many services and collections at the Library for customers with special needs including:

  • Large print materials
  • Audiobooks
  • Closed caption DVDs
  • CNIB audiobooks
  • Daisy book reader
  • Homebound delivery service
  • Interlibrary loan service
