VANCEA, Frank Josef -After a courageous struggle while surrounded by his family, Frank passed away at his residence on Monday, October 22nd in his 85th year. Reunited with his late wife Hildegard (2006). Proud Father of Frank Joachim (Linda) of California, George Dieter (Rose) of Fort Erie and John Harald (Joy) of Stratford. Proud Opa to Laura, Michael (Carla), Krista (Jeremy), Mark (Tanya), Jason, Scott (Leanne), Jennifer and Lauren. Uhr-opa to Samantha, Zoe, Ryder, Micaela, Abigail and Declan. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie, entrusted with arrangements. The family received friends on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of a Celebration of Frank's life at 2 p.m. Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorial contributions to the Douglas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.
