VANCEA, Hildegard-Passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Sunday, February 12th 2006 in her 82nd year. Loving wife of Frank Josef Vancea (who devoted his life to her care). Cherished mother of Frank Joachim (Linda) of California, George Dieter (Rose) of Fort Erie and John Harald (Joy) of Stratford. Proud Oma to Laura, Michael (Carla), Krista (Jeremy). Mark (Tanya), Jason, Scott, Jennifer and Lauren. Uhr-oma to Samantha, Zoe, Ryder, Micaela and Abigail. Also survived by her sister Anna. Predeceased by a sister Leni and a brother Gerhard. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie, entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Benner Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery. In recognition and gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Spencer and the nurses of the 1st floor, the family would appreciate donations, directed towards the Douglas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
