ANNIE MAE YOUNG Annie Mae Young of Sunset Haven Home for the Aged, Welland died October 24, 1988.
Born in Brighton, Northumberland County on December 10, 1899. She was employed with the Mentholatum Company until her retirement.
She was the wife of the late Wray Young and is survived by her son, Wray and his wife, Audrey of Fort Erie; two grandchildren. Claudia (Mrs. Neil Carver) Of London and Lisa Rae (Mrs. Peter Pickersgill) of Pte. Gatineau, Quebec; four great-grandchildren: Matthew, Megan, Fiona and Sarah Carver and by her sister, Eva Fickel of Fort Erie. A brother. Bert, predeceased her.
Father Ken Cardwell conducted the funeral service in the Fort Erie Chapel of the Davidson Funeral Homes on October 26 at 3:30 p.m.
Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.
