SMITH; Marvin C. At Douglas Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, July 25th, 2006 after a lengthy
illness. Marvin, best friend and husband of Linda, dear father of Marilyn Fessler, Tom Smith (Tonette), Mike Smith, step-father of Richard Baker (Marie), Pam Damude (Jeff), Kathy Pooler (Geoff), Brad Baker (Terry), Kevin Baker (Vicky), brother of Bud and Bob Smith (Shirley) and the late Evelyn Graf and Gladys Balch and the late brother-in-law of Marion Smith and Bill Graf. Aside from being a real estate broker, Marvin was also an appraiser for the Royal Bank for 30 years. At Marvin's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church on Thursday, August 10, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to NIAGARA FUNERAL ALTERNATIVES, (905)894-0120.
