Hazel Eva Smith of Garrison Road, Fort Erie, died Saturday, November 30, 1991 at Douglas Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker, born April 17, 1903 in Buffalo.
She was predeceased by her husband Claude M. Smith.
She will be missed by her children Raymond (Hilde), Marilyn (Jack) Merry, Magery (Allyn) Gaynor, and by her seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Smith was predeceased by a granddaughter and by two brothers.
At the family's request, cremation will take place. Arrangements entrusted to Fort Erie Chapel Davidson Funeral Home.
Donations to Douglas Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
