DR. ARTHUR VINCENT Dr. Arthur Allan Bessborough Vincent passed away on July 12, 1990, following a short illness.
Dr. Vincent was a well known member of the Niagara Community having resided and practiced medicine in Stevensville for 38 years. Born in Ireland he emigrated to Canada in 1936. Dr. Vincent was a missionary in India and Central and South America during his 62 years of medical practice, and devoted his life to the service of others.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Hazel, loving children
Helen Pirson (Jerry) of Ridgeway; Elizabeth Vincent Illing (Michael) of California; David, Niagara-on-the-Lake; Paul (Jackie) of Burlington; Mark (Ana) of North Bay; Jaco ba Vincent, of Calgary; Peter (Barbara) of Hamilton and 10 grandchildren.
A private funeral service was arranged through The Williams Funeral Home, Ridgeway on July 13, 1990 with interment at Brethren in Christ Cemetery, Stevensville.
As an expression of sympathy in memoriam contributions in Dr. Vincent's name to the Greater Niagara General Hospital would be appreciated by the family
