Catherine Maria Violino, of St. Catharines, Ontario died in Buffalo, N.Y. May 19, 1984.
Born in Italy Oct. 10, 1893 she was a homemaker and had resided in Fort Erie from 1922-1968 prior to moving to St. Catharines.
Predeceased by her husband Peter in 1951 Mrs. Violino is survived by her son, Elio (Norine) of Buffalo, N.Y.; three daughters, Elsie, (Mrs. Paul Chapman) of St. Catharines; Olga (Mrs. Leo LeBlanc) of Detroit, Michigan; Ada (Mrs. Louis Cassiol) of Williamsville, N.Y.
Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Fr. J. Loftus officiated the 10 a.m. Funeral Mass May 22 in St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church.
Fort Erie Chapel of Davidson Funeral Homes handled arrangements.
Interment was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fort Erie.
