ZIMMERMAN, Florence -At the Gilmore Lodge on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Florence Zimmerman, beloved sister of Jean and also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brothers Milford and Raymond and her sister Neva Plato. Born in Bertie Township December 31, 1921, Florence lived in the area all of her life. She was a teacher with Niagara South Board of Education for over. 47 years and was also an active member of Garrison Road United Brethren Church. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of THE WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME this morning (Saturday) at eleven o'clock. Interment took place in McAffee Cemetery. Memorial donations were directed to Missions at Garrison United Brethren Church.
