VAN MEETEREN, Eva Marie ยท On Monday February 1st, 2010, Eva passed away peacefully at Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Gil Van Meeteren, mother of Irene (Steve) Sherwood, John (Barb) Walker, Evelyn Lance and Peter (Sherry) Walker and predeceased by her son Billy Walker. Grandmother of Sandy, Christine and Jeff and great grandmother to Morgan, Alex, Codi, Cortney, Ryan and Charlie. Cremation has taken place and visitation was held at the WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, 722 Ridge Rd. N., Ridgeway, on Thursday from 2-4. In memory of Eva, those who wish may donate to St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
