PLATO - Alan and Patty (Matthews) are pleased to announce the safe ar rival of their second child, a boy, Philip Alan, born April 12, 1986 at 5:49 a.m. weighing 8 lbs. 3 oz. and 1994 inches long. A new brother for Amanda. Proud grandparents are Norm and Mary Plato and Ray and Dorothy Matthews. Thanks to Dr. Hanniwell and Dr. Hill and the OBS staff at Greater Niagara General Hospital and a special thanks to Daddy for being there.
