WHITEHEAD, Jack- at the Port Colborne Hospital, Wednesday, June 23, 1999. Jack Whitehead, beloved husband of Diane, in his 56 year. Loving father of Shane. Cherished brother of Robert, David, Patsy (Eric) Melanson, Phyllis (Paul) Martin, Suzanne (Randy) Kay. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Jean Capstick. Sadly missed by dear friends, Tim and Cindi Newman. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Dorothy, and a sister, Ruth. In keeping with Jack's wishes, cremation took place. Donations would be appreciated to the Friends of Schizophrenia. The Fort Erie Chapel of THE DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES, 21 Wintemute Street, entrusted with arrangements. A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held July 4, at his home, 50 Bardol Avenue, Fort Erie, from 4-8 p.m.
