ZUGAREK, Miroslav Jan - Peacefully at the Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, New York on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at the age of 74 years. Miro Zugarek, beloved husband of Anne Zugarek (nee Opatovsky) , summer resident of Crystal Beach. Dear father of Joanne Tate (Terry) of Houston, Dana Bullock
of San Diego and John Zugarek (Lisa) of Amherst. Loving grandfather of Terry and Brian Tate and Jane Anne Zugarek. Predeceased by his brother Jan Zugarek. Fondly remembered and missed by all of his family and friends, especially the Opatovsky and Filipowicz families. Mass of Christian Burial for the late Mr. Miro Zugarek was celebrated at St. George's Roman Catholic Church, Crystal Beach on Friday, October 3, 2003 at 11:00a.m. Interment followed at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the St. George's Roman Catholic Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
