Gertrude Woodcock, 2291 Stevensville Rd., Stevensville died at Douglas Memorial Hospital Nov. 29, 1986.
Born Dec. 28, 1916 she was a homemaker and a member of Bertie Brethren in Christ Church.
Surviving are her husband, Russell Woodcock; sons, Robert Milford of Bowmanville and Everett (Marion) Woodcock of Fort Erie; daughters, Shirley (Mrs. Robert Andrews) of Oshawa, Marilyn (Mrs. Carnie Enns) of Oshawa, Betsy Lee Hennessey of Ajax, Thelma (Mrs. Orville Eberly) of Fort Erie, Geraldine (Mrs. Lawrence Kirkham) of Ridgeway,
Dec 3,1986. D.21. Alma (Mrs. Edward Woodcox) of Fort Erie, Eileen (Mrs. Mervin Winfield) of Fort Erie, Eveleand Woodcock of Fort Erie and Barbara McConnell of Wapoos. One daughter, Linda Hennessey, predeceased her.
Also surviving are her sister, Amelia of Sarnia and brother, Ernest Plane of Halifax, N.S.
Pastor Greg Funk officiated the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2 in the chapel of The Williams Funeral Home.
Interment was in Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery.
