WINGER-Donnis, Kelley (nee Foster) and big brother Scotty are announcing Miss Universe 2013 to the world already. Her name is Meagan Marlene. She arrived July 8, 1993 and her measurements are a dainty 71b. 11oz. and 20 inches in length. Meg thrives in the categories of looks and personality, just ask her grandparents Pam & Ron Winger, Bob & Bonnie Foster and Debbie Schneider all of Fort Erie. Mommy and Meagan want to thank Dr. Attuah, Karen, Barb and the rest of the OB staff at Douglas Hospital, for all the excellent tender loving care. Meg and Mommy especially want to thank Daddy and Scotty for their understanding and support during the last nine months. We love you!
