Brenda Jean Winger and Charles Wesley Hill exchanged wedding vows on Saturday, April 22, 1989, at 11 a.m., in Bertie Brethren In Christ Church, in Stevensville. Rev. Douglas Sider, brother-in-law of the bride, officiated the ceremony, assisted by The Rev. Alfred Rees.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Winger, of Ridgeway. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Hill, of Mindemoya.
