SMITH, Eileen Catherine
(nee Slingerland) - at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday, December 12, 1997. Eileen, beloved wife of the late Alfred in her 84th year. Loving mother of Robert (Josephine) of Fort Erie, M. Catherine (Frank) Dennis of King City and Theresa (Jack) McKellar of Fort Erie. Sadly missed by her 8 grandchildren David, Kristen, Karla, Frank A. Michael, Catherine, Jennifer and Keith, and 7 great grandchildren. Cherished sister
of Olive (Norm) March of Hamilton. Predeceased by her great grandson Mitchell, her brother Raymond and sister Marie. The late Mrs. Smith was a former member of the St. Michael's Church Choir and a member of the CWL for over 50 years. The family received friends at the Fort Erie Chapel of THE DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Wintemute St. on Sunday 7-9 and Monday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral mass

to be celebrated at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday morning at 11:00 o'clock. Rite of interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Parish prayers were said in the Funeral Home on Monday at 7:30. If so desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
