Moses Young, 199 Idlewylde Place, died at Douglas Memorial Hospital June 17, 1986.
Born in Glasgow, Scotland Nov. 2, 1893 he was employed for 38 years with the C.N.R. as a car foreman until his retirement. He was a resident here since 1937 and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Carmen.
Predeceased by his wife, Laura Taylor Young and four brothers, William, John, James and Peter Mr. Young is survived by his sister, Mrs. Lettie Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. Four sisters also predeceased him: Agnes, Hannah, Jean And Bella.
Dr. C.J. Kirk officiated the 11 a.m. funeral service June 20 in the Fort Erie chapel of the Davidson Funeral Homes Inc.
Interment was in McAffee Cemetery.
