WINGER - Lloyd and Mary (nee Tavano) thank God for the safe arrival of their first born, a son, Zachary Lloyd. Zachary was born September 6, 1999, weighing 8 Ibs. 10 oz. and 21 inches long. Seventh grandchild for Domenico and Peppina Tavano, and second grandchild for Shirley Winger. Zachary sends a special hello to Grandpa Lloyd Winger Senior in Heaven. Special thanks to Dr. Sternadel and nurses, Heather and Terry, at Welland County General Hospital for the exceptional bedside manner. And a very special thank to Lloyd for being a wonderful and supporting husband and father. We love you very much.
